- This Privacy Policy applies in respect of PitchApp's website, pitchli.com (Website), and through apps or other programs or functionality related to PitchApp (the Programs).

- PitchApp is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers and website visitors. We adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act. This policy sets out how we collect and use your personal information.

- selecting candidates for a given role, or assessing whether a candidate may be eligible for a role which either is or is not advertised;
- sharing with potential employers (or their representatives and service providers) via PitchApp's Website and Programs in connection with future employment opportunities; and/or
- otherwise facilitating two-way connectivity and sharing of information between you, as a potential employee, and potential employers,
- In addition to the Primary Recruitment Purpose, PitchApp may also use personal information collected from you to provide you with information, updates and our services. We may also make you aware of new and additional products, services and opportunities available to you. We may use your personal information to improve our products and services (whether or not connected to the Primary Recruitment Purpose) and better understand your needs.

- In connection with the Primary Recruitment Purpose, we may disclose your personal information to potential employers.
- We may also disclose your personal information to any of our employees, officers, insurers, professional advisers, agents, suppliers or subcontractors insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy. Personal information is only supplied to a third party when it is required for the delivery of our services.

- If you have any complaints or questions about a breach of the APPs or any privacy code which may bind us or how we have handled your personal information, you may send in details of your complaints to privacy@pitchli.com. We take complaints very seriously and will respond as soon as possible after receiving written notice of your complaint.
- If PitchApp becomes aware of any ongoing concerns or problems concerning our privacy practices, we will contact you about the issue, investigate the issue, and take all reasonable steps to work with you to resolve the issue. If you are dissatisfied with the response that you receive from us, you may make a complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
